Innolibrium Tech - Part 1

June 06, 2017 by Eric Percak

Each Wednesday the ketchup packets went first. If there were mustard, that would go next.

Some people only took three or four, but others grabbed whole handfuls when no one was looking. Some grabbed handfuls when others were looking.

The cafeteria at Innolibrium had retractable walls for the Wednesday crowd. Other companies had adapted this feature after employees complained about the eerie, empty space on normal work days.

There was a commotion in the corridor. One of the Wednesday crew brought their kid in or something; they were trying to bring them in the cafeteria.

"She's nine! What am I supposed to do?"

It was dramatic, but, like, not dramatic enough to give ketchup thieves a good distraction.

Most of the Wednesdays stay with other Wednesdays. A few sat with Weeklies, but they weren't friends or anything. Sure, they were civil and friendly, but they weren't friends.
